This introductory coaching session ultimately gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit to work together.
You should feel confident and excited to work with us by the end of this session, and NOT awkwardly pressured into a sale like many online trainers you’ve probably encountered.

0:00 – 0:20 = Getting to know you
- Answer some basic questions that will help us determine an action plan for you to start making a difference in your life today!
0:21 – 0:40 = Your vision
- What goals do you want to achieve? Who do you want to see in the mirror? What does YOUR O.G. Life look like?
0:41 – 1:00 = Q&A
- Ask any questions related to our programs, our company, Living Your O.G. Life, & determine if we are a good fit. Regardless of your decision, you’ll leave with some good tips and actionable steps to start improving your life now.

A Full Spectrum
This is not your typical “fitness program.” Our programs incorporate self-care and self-love routines that address 8 dimensions of health: Physical, Emotional, Cognitive, Spiritual, Social, Occupational, Financial, and Environmental.
Your program is not complete without your 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions. This is your chance to take full advantage of the knowledge & resources you get from your coach during with session you schedule together. Usually weekly.
On YOUR Time
We aren’t meeting at the park or at a fancy gym. You workout and track on your time! We understand you have a busy schedule. We’ll work with you to create a solution for you to accomplish your self-care routines & your daily work and life tasks.
